About Me

I am a hobbyist historic photographer working in 19th century wet-plate collodion media: ambrotypes and tintypes. I am interested in creating photographs that evoke the look and feel of those taken in the 1870s and would like to work with models who have costumes suitable for such historically-inspired images. This is not a commercial enterprise and I cannot pay a modeling fee, but I will share some original plates and scans of all plates I reserve for my collection for you to keep in your portfolio.
