Like many people in the world, I grew up in a very non-traditional home and atmosphere and my life has been a mixture of struggles and rewards. I have always approached the struggles I've encountered as opportunities to better myself and ways for me to learn. Learning for me, is an ongoing process, and I am always looking to try and gain more knowledge and experience my making things happen for myself. So one of my goals, naturally, is to always expand my knowledge base. Another of my goals is to be able to use my experience in this industry to help other people that might be, at certain times of their lives, needing guidance or a helping hand to figure out their direction or purpose. I have always felt that I was given certain gifts that have enabled me to pursue a career in this industry and that part of my responsibility in saying thanks is to give back to society. I think ModelMayhem is a great way for me to further my potential and ultimately afford me and enable me to reach the goal of giving back to people who need a helping hand.
