My name is Jay Bonifacio. I currently am attending college at Collin college. My major was nursing, but may decide to pursue in art. I never really thought my art special, but my professors all insisted that I pursue art because they've seen things with my art that they find very difficult to do with the supplies I use. First of all, my favorite form of art is drawing. My mother taught me how to draw cats with letter "Q's" when I was 2 and I've just evolved since then. I tend to like to draw the human figure. I think the human body is a challenging and beautiful thing to draw. All of my drawings have been done with a 0.7 lead (basic) BIC mechanical pencil. That's it!!! Apparently the teacher's think thats really amazing. I never thought so. To go into great details, I usually break the lead diagonally so that it is really sharp. This gets very repetitive, and uses ALOT of lead. But thats basically it. I am also trying to get into painting (really hard for me) and have been pushed to take my art to print-making. I may try that this semester. Ill be sure to post more work. But please tell me what you think. Thanks



Also, looking for models that would like me to draw them. I enjoy the challenge of trying to draw people. You can let me know if you'd like me to add or change anything in a photo. (add tattoos, hairstyle, etc.) Im not charging or advertising it, for anybody. Im just doing it for fun. In fact, if u want the drawing you can just let me know.
