Paula Hibbard has a passion for hair – and long hair in particular. During a career spanning over 20 years, Paula has amassed a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience. A highly-respected hair stylist, educator and trainer, she has worked with and drawn inspiration from many of the industry’s greats, including Sharon Blain, Benny Tognini, Shane Henning, and many more. Her vivacious, positive attitude and welcoming, competent nature are the perfect complement to her excellent technical skills – you and your staff will love the experience of working with Paula while she teaches you to improve your long hair knowledge and how to develop your long hair business.

Paula began her career as an apprentice in Queensland with the Jon Le Court organization, later moving to NSW in order to develop her skills and experience, particularly in the areas of staff training, and salon and area management. An opportunity arose to join a large international product company as NSW Technical Manager, further honing her skills in education and training.

In 1999 she joined the prestigious and awarding-wining salon The Art of Hair as Colour Manager, Staff Trainer and Long-Hair Specialist. This marked one of her career highlights - to work side by side with the amazingly talented Sharon Blain. The friendship that developed between Paula and Sharon remains a constant source of inspiration and joy to this day.

2005 saw Paula move to Europe with her husband and two boys. Not only was this a personal highlight, it also provided Paula with an opportunity to realise and acknowledge her love of long hair, and define this as her future career focus. To that end, she was able to perfect her long hair skills by training with world-renowned long hair artist Patrick Cameron.

Paula has approached her return to Australia with the same enthusiasm and commitment that she applies to all areas of her life, viewing it as a new opportunity to pass on her creativity, passion and long hair skills to a new audience of hair stylists and hair educators.
