About Me

Hi Everyone!

My name is Ashleigh Crystal Hairston, and I am an actress residing in Washington DC.  I recently attended a photo shoot and the makeup artist asked if I was a member on ModelMayhem.com.  I'd heard of it before, however I never really considered myself to be a professional "model" (i'm 5'2"...WITH heels!).  Well, here I am now!  I am interested in commercial and print modeling.  I received a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts/Acting from Howard University in May just last year!  I am pursuing a career acting in Television and Film, however a little modeling along the way couldn't hurt!  So...to sum everything up, I am interested in meeting photographers who are looking to build their portfolios (as I am as well...) and I'm also interested in receiving notices about upcoming commercial or print modeling opportunities!  I have a friendly, outgoing personality and I love to meet new people, so if you're interested in working together, toss me a message so we can exchange contact info!
