I'm an amateur photographer but that's purely by status rather than approach and I look to tackle each shoot with same level of planning and professionalism I would expect from my subject. I believe in steady, clear communication prior to a shoot but am always willing to listen to creative ideas in the planning & execution. I'm using this site as a way to increase my technical portrait & lighting skills - hopefully that's reflected in the quality of the shots you see here. I'm happy to work on location or in a studio if more suitable - and am sure there's always something new to learn.

I'm able to light on location and indoors, so don't take what you see here as the only way I'll shoot.  Always willing to discuss the shoot focus and happy to work with you to achieve the look you are aiming for.
