I'm photographer who works under the name of ACPhotoProject. It started about five years ago when I started to expand my creative interests in photography. ACPhotoProject is representation of my creative and portrait work that includes portrait photo shoots of various friends and models, portions of my creative self portraits and amazing places that I've captured on my photo journey. The ACPhotoProject documents how diverse my work can be as I continue to grow as a photographer and designer.

I started paying attention to my camera and photography skills in 2008 when I purchased my DSLR - a Nikon D60. My first real gig was photographing the softball games for the Metro Nashville Softball Association (MNSA). Then I started my 365 Project where I shot a self portrait everyday for a year. While crafting that project, I started to photograph different people and places for various reasons. Now I'm concentrating on the other portraits and being as creative as I can with other people as my subjects.

I'm hoping to use Model Mayhem to locate models that I enjoy working with that can help build my portfolio and be used in publications. I discovered this site years ago, but hadn't finished my portfolio and relied on friends to help me with my projects, but I'm afraid that I have started to exhaust that source. Now I'd like to branch out and work with other creative individuals. Model Mayhem should be a perfect platform to make these connections.
