I am a photographer/anthropologist/adventurer currently based out of the Philadelphia area. My undergrad degree focused on Visual Anthropology and Gender Studies, during which time I fell in love with studying how people express themselves physically. Next, I headed to BU for a masters in Photojournalism. I am an easy going, adaptable, passionate person and photographer. It's important to me that my models feel comfortable with me--a good relationship goes a long way in an image.

Although photography is not paying the bills yet, I am excited to expand my horizons through MM. Sharing ideas and passions through networking is what keeps the art world afloat.

Rather than photograph in a studio, I prefer finding locations that have the ambiance and lighting I want. I do some styling and makeup myself, but am always interested in networking.

My photographic voice is often observational and candid rather than posed--I like models who are comfortable in their bodies and able to take a little direction and run with it. My photography is often filled with bright lights and dark shadows, contrasting or vivid colors. I'm particularly interested if you, as a model, have some talent that can be captured on film--rollerderby, dance, music, etc. I am also interested in pin-up, fantasy or fairy-tale, concept and location shots, as well as glamour and artistic nudes. I am also interested in photographing certain events from the inside, so if you're involved in anything visually interesting, I'd love to hear about it!

I am willing to consider TFP shoots, so feel free to contact me, especially if there is a great idea involved. If we agree to a TFP/TFCD project I reserve the right to not share all of my images as not all shots are keepers. I will supply the images either via email, the web, CD, or DVD. I will supply the images in JPG format. I do not provide RAW files or PSD files. If you use your images privately, I ask that you credit me. I do have all my models sign a release form BEFORE the shoot. If you're under 18, there must be a parent or legal guardian present.

As for the shoot itself, I like to meet with the model once before the shoot to discuss details and ideas, to make sure everyone is on board and comfortable. I like photoshoots to be relaxing and fun; not into drama.
