I don't ever remember not having a professional camera in our home. My father was a wedding photographer and owned Photographic Concepts a local portrait studio as well as Crown Modeling School and Agency. So from a very early age I was taught photography and basic posing techniques. I got my first SLR film camera over 30 years ago, and ever since that day I have immersed myself in everything that photography has to offer. I had my first image published at the age of 15 and since have sold hundreds to publications and commercials promoting tourism in the East Tennessee region. I have also sold many images to some local businesses for their decor, such as The Morristown Airport, Applebees, McDonald's etc. I have also been hired at times by The Morristown Chamber of Commerce to take pictures of local events and grand openings. Photography has been kind to me, I have enjoyed what I consider a moderate success in the field and am very proud of what I have accomplished thus far. In 2008 my passion led me to portrait photography , a very exciting and creative art. I started with a flood light and a sheet as a background. Now eight years later I have acquired a full size studio complete with professional lighting, backdrops and an assortment of camera lenses each with their own purpose, lighting modifiers and photography equipment.
