About Me

My name is Christian Van.  I am a fortunate person to be where I am today.  I have decided to devote my life to chasing my dreams and aspirations w/ no regret and no fear in my heart.  Things will always work out great. Days get long and life gets short, but I keep on going.  I am loved and loveable and try to send out love even when it is not received.  I am a spiritual being who strongly believes in God and Quantum Physics.  Things happen for a reason and at the exact time they are supposed to.  My thoughts control me and I control my thoughts.  This is me. Christian Van is an actor, first and foremost,  personal trainer, nutritionist and fitness model, appearing in magazines such as Chicago Fitness Journal, Exercise for Men Only, and Men's Exercise. Christian also acted in “127 Hours.” and several upcoming films. Devoting his life to health and the well-being of himself and others, Christian specialized in high intensity training. Soon to return back to Los Angeles, Christian is a native of Pasadena, California, and a graduate of the University of Utah.
