Fase it make-up & light hair artisty was brought to life in 2006 by myself Shanda Palmer.  As a long time student of high fashion and make-up, I pursued advanced level training with some of the most elite make-up artistry and design institutions in the country.  I was trained and certified in high-resolution air-brush techniques by the highly regarded Ket Cosmetics make-up line in Las Vegas along with other workshops and schools.  I also received high level certifications in high definition, and media techniques with an emphasis on film, print, and fashion from the world renouned Award Studios in Hollywood, California.  Since the inception of Fase-It Make-Up Artistry, I have had the privilege of taking my unique ability to incorporate my creative flair and design techniques all across the United States wherever I am  needed.  I have worked with top-notch models, actors and brides on-site in locations like Hollywood, Chicago, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Park City and Albuquerque to name a few.
