About Me

I am a trained and professional dancer and choreographer in a variety of dance styles from the African Diaspora throughout the Caribbean, North and South America. This includes Hip Hop, Dancehall/Reggae, Salsa, Afro Cuban Rumba, Afro Puerto Rican Bomba, Samba, various dances from Haiti and the Dominican Republic, Peru, Colombia and New Orleans to name a few. I am also a drummer who mainly studies rhythms and styles from Puerto Rico, Haiti and the Congo.

I am an experienced Fine Art, Swimsuit and Fitness Model. I have a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and I have a Sports Fitness and Sports Nutrition Consulting Company. Everything I do is about the body and movement. I was born and raised in Harlem, NYC.
