Hi my name is Liz Deluca.  I have been a cosmetologist in  the Youngstown Ohio area for 16 years. I am an American Board Certified Haircolorist,  an educator for Farouk Systems(we are known as the inventors of the CHI Ceramic flatiron) and a member of the National Association of Professional Women.  I work at Jeannie's Salon and Day Spa in Howland, where I specialize in haircolor, formal hair styling, haircutting, hair extensions, acrylic/ gel nails and make-up. I have studied with Martin Parsons, New Concepts and MAC cosmetics. Also I am very versed with a mutitude of product lines. I love the pin-up, burlesque style however, I can do whatever you're looking for! I have TONS of ideas! They range from simple to crazy, from me modeling them, to me executing them!
