With little athletic background, my dedication to fitness began in 2005 with David Zinczenko's Ab's Diet Program. Out of hundreds of submissions, mostly men, I was chosen as one of the top 10 finishers. I have appeared as a guest columnist in Texas Health Magazine, featured on the cover of Woman's World Magazine, and interviewed on ABC's 20/20 encouraging others on how they too can adopt healthy habit forming patterns. For 11 years I've owned and operated my own private training center where we specialize in helping others with their transformation and competition goals. For 8 years I competed as a triathlete on a national level when in 2015 I decided to turn to stage competition. After competing in a few different organizations I chose the WBFF to be my home and in June 2016 earned my PRO card status in the Fitness Model category. When I'm not preparing for a show, well I'm always prepping but when I'm not training myself I'm training others in my private studio or through my virtual studio where I live in Victoria, Texas. I spend what few off days I have with my husband of 24 yrs doing activities like paddle boarding on the lake with our Portuguese Water Dogs or cruising on our motorcycles.
