About Me

I am an all-natural (steroid free) professional figure competitor, fitness model, and personal trainer, who strives to help individuals realize their fitness potential and excellence of their athletic ability. My passion for fitness led to a degree in Exercise Science, graduating from Georgia State University with honors.

I got my pro card in figure competitions in 2008 and am currently a personal trainer with Gold's Gym.
