Hi.  Greetings to all artists here at Model Mayhem both behind and in front of the lens. For me, making art is a journey into the unknown, an exploration of materials, images, and meanings.  I have been combining painting, photography, and filmmaking for many years in the US, Switzerland and Ghana and have exhibited my work in all of these places.

Lately I am projecting images and textures onto the model during the shoot, and sometimes manipulating the resulting photos in a painterly process.  By altering the images, I seek to evoke the spirit realm and to combine different ideas of beauty. The resulting images are mysterious, seductive, thought-provoking.

When working with a model, I bring specific ideas, images and techniques, but it is the collaborative creative process that I really love.  The personality and ideas of the model bring additional direction and meaning to the images.  Making art this way is fluid and fun when both the model and I bring a sense of spontaneity and adventure to the process.  Surprising and individual images come out of these collaborations.

I am always interested in working with creative, uninhibited male models, especially dancers, who want to expand their portfolios and their artistic horizons.  I am mainly accepting TFCD work at the moment.  You are welcome to contact me here at Model Mayhem.
