About Me

Alana Robin was born and raised on the beautiful island of Dominica.She's the youngest out of ten , growing up she always had a special love for fashion. At the tender age of four she started sewing and creating clothes for her her barbie dolls from the scraps of fabric from the floor of her mothers sewing room, her mom who had been a professional seamstress from the age of 18 noticed Alana's talent , and decided to let her practice on her old manual Singer sewing machine. Alana recieved her first sewing machine at the age of ten and a phenomenon was born ,she would spend hours sketching and putting outfits together from every piece of fabric she could find even from the cuttaway peices of her brother's old jeans.Fashion has been her first love ever since. Today alana is currently working on her clothing line called "BELLE VISAGE" which means "pretty face in french", because she believes that fashion that is beautifully put together could bring out the best in anyone no matter,the race ,nationality or figure. Belle Visage has a classy,sexy edge and is geared towards women of all ages. Alana currently resides in Maryland where she is relentlessly working on publicizing her line.
