Having been in the foodservice industry for 30 plus years, I have now gone through two downsizings (being laid off). Guess what no one wants to hire a man of my age and at the salary I expect. Now I get to do the thing I enjoy the most. Photography. I want to get my creative mind starting to flow again. I am doing TFP TFCD on a very limited basis as schedule permits.
