My name is Jessica Dugger and I'm a Free-lance Make-up Artist in the DC area. I'm currently free-lancing for Makeup Forever & Laura Mercier.  I've been perfecting this art for over 10 years and have a strong passion for it, I love make-up and everything you can do with it. I started assisting other pro make-up artists with large weddings, photos shoots etc. I love it so much I branched off to pursue it on my own. I have decade a lot of hard work to perfect this skill, and my work shows it! I am working on building my credits and yes there is more to come! I'm looking to creatively build my portfolio, that's why I came to ModelMayhem. I"m looking forward to learning and networking with others who are professional and share the same passion as I do. "I absolutely love what I do", but please note I'm here for serious work shoots and no play this is my career not a hobby I'm available for TFP/TFCD and Paid work.

I will do TFP/TFCD with the professional and experienced. A reasonable kit fee is included with all TFP/TFCD
