2009 NEXT Model Search
HOW TO ENTER: Enter at www.artistrybeauty.com and submit two photographs of yourself or your nominee (one full length body photo [clothed] and one clear head shot). The model must be a female between 13 and 25 years of age. Complete entry forms must be received by November 30, 2009. All submissions become the property of NEXT Model Management.
JUDGING CRITERIA: A panel of judges will review all submissions and select finalists on the basis of overall appearance and photogenic qualities. The finalists will be notifed by phone/mail and will be sent to New York City for a personal interview. Each finalist will receive round-trip air transportation, accommodations for five days, meals, and ground transportation in New York. Parents, legal guardians, relatives, or friends who wish to accompany a finalist will be required to pay all expenses related to this trip. Finalists must travel on dates indicated by NEXT Model Management or an alternate finalist will be selected.
WINNER SELECTION/PRIZES: The finalists will be ranked from one through three. The following prizes will be awarded to the finalists: 1st Place: $100,000 guaranteed 2-year contract, 2nd Place: $65,000 guaranteed 2-year contract, and 3rd Place: $35,000 guaranteed 3-year contract. All winners will be required to execute, without change, standard model agreements in the form prepared by NEXT Model Management.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of NEXT Management, its advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate as entrants. Amway Global employees and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate as entrants. Void where prohibited.
GENERAL: Finalists will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release prior to their travel to New York. Affidavit/releases for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners and scouts. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects.
