My name is Scotty Mason, and I'm a hair stylist and makeup artist.

I started Cosmetology in my Junior year at Liberty County High School under Kecia Campbell. I decided to pursue it and finished up at Savannah Technical College under Kim Cutter and Aretha Ward. I finally acquired my license in 2010. The first salon I entered was at the age of 17. It was under Nina Regus at Nina's Upscale Salon. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing people in GA, and I remain grateful for the experience I have received thus far.

My dream is to see this field grow in a positive way. Mostly, I want to see salons become unsegregated. I want there to be no more discrimination of services. Clients shouldn't skeptically look in awe at an Asian doing a relaxer or an African-American taking a brunette to a blonde or a Caucasian finishing up a "weave." I fought so hard to be in this field, so I am determined to at least start to see my dream come true. I love what I do, and I pride myself in quality work.

I currently work at Regis Salon, located at the Dillards side of Perimeter Mall at 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA 30346. My hours are Sun (2-7), Mon (3-9), Tues (1-9), Wed (10-6), and Sat (10-6 or 3-9). Please call (770)393-4298 to book an appointment with me.
