Hey! My name is Cassandra, I am currently a student at Columbia College studying Advertising Art Direction.  Although what I am learning in school is definitely a path I would be content taking.... I have come to realize just how short life is and just how much I don't want to just be "content."  It may sound lame, but something inside me keeps telling me that i am meant to be more than just a business women sitting inside an office all day,  I know this industry is hard work, but thats something I'm willing and craving to do if given the right opportunity.

Like Marilyn Monroe once said, To put it bluntly, I seem to have a whole superstructure with no foundation. But I'm working on the foundation.... I may not know all the tricks of the trade but i know myself and i know what i am capable of.

The main reason behind me signing up with MM is to try and acquire as many opportunities as I possibly can to broaden my understanding as well as experience in this industry as a whole.  Certain hopes i have are to expand my portfolio, create a competitive comp card and also hopefully meet some down to earth people who can teach me a thing or two.   I have only experienced a couple sessions professionally but the eagerness I've grasped from just a nibble... makes me 110% sure I have what it takes to achieve and succeed in this industry. 

Although I have a lack of experience in this, no doubt, to me, in any business the two key elements to making anything work and grow is credibility and respect.  I have to trust who I work with, and I have to know they believe in me to prove what i am able to do and vice versa.  Without that, there isn't much. I want the photographer to believe that i can portray they're vision as they see it, while having fun and enjoying it at the same time.  I can be contacted by email. I will respond ASAP.    :)
