I'm a young photographer double-majoring in graphic design (BFA) and pharmacy (PharmD).  I've been doing photography for about 6 years now, but seriously for about 2 years.  If that doesn't seem like adequate experience I encourage you to look at my work and decide for yourself.  As I am pretty busy with school I don't have as much time as I would like for photography, although it is definitely my greatest passion. If money were no option and I could do one thing for the rest of my life it would be photography. I joined Model Mayhem as a way to meet new people and with their help, expand my portrait portfolio.
