I tend to shoot what I see, and this is why I always have some sort of camera with me. I am patient, and will wait for the shot to work itself out.

I tend to keep my images simple, and to the point. 

I also like to meet with potential models to see what kind of vibe comes about.  I am looking for someone to collaborate with, or be my muse which ever works.  Bring who you will to the shoot, but realise they might be asked to hold a reflector, or light.  Bring your moods.  If you are in an angry mood, bring it; a sad mood bring it; a happy mood, bring it.  What ever your mood, I will use it as best I can.  Just do not destroy the equipment.

My aim is to NOT simply take a photo, but to convey a feeling, an emotion, or vibe via my images. 

Using the classic principles of photography, such as framing, composition, and depth of field,  I apply an artist perception of colouring, lighting, and shading.  The resulting images are distinct, and individual.

To create photos, my “brushes” and “canvases” of choice are Mamiya medium format FILM cameras, and Nikon Pro Digital cameras mated with high speed lenses.
