I use alot of MAC products but I am weening off of them. My faves are Ben Nye, Make up Forever, LimeCrime, Urban Decay, Yaby Cosmetics, Coastal Scents and so many others that are underappreciated in my opinion.

I do not believe in making a totally different person *unless the assignment calls for it*, but I believe in recreating and enhancing the beauty they forgot that they had. I love the art of creating. Although my passion is makeup, my degree is in visual arts and a minor in photography. I not only look at it from a makeup artist perspective but I think about how the lighting may change the look, how the shadows may make certain looks not work.

I believe in communication with the photographer AND the model. It has to work both ways in my opinion, the photographer has to tell me the look he is going for and the model has to show me the real her..so I can properly transform her and so the transformation FITS her.

Makeup and creating is not my job but its my passion, its where I feel my happiest.
