MY STORY


Hey, Wassup. My name is Taj.  I'm a freelance photographer, hailing from the BX, NY. Thank you for dropping by my page, and I hope you like what you see.  I've been doing Photography for about 5 years.  I originally started out as a freelance event photographer for my own personal website Phuqradio.com, with insufficient equipment and a very minute knowledge of photography.  I just had dedication, and persistence. With that, support from my friends and help from First in Flight Entertainment, I was then able to land a gig with 7days7nights.com.  With that and my day job.  I saved, brought proper equipment, and used the night life as a means of networking.  Through Phuqradio, I was able to interview and meet KG Presents Body Magazine Publisher and CEO, Marcus Aurelius.  I was able to land a gig with him as Production Assistant and I've just been learning and progressing ever since.





WORKING WITH ME




As a Freelance Photography, learning as I go.  I've realized that the most valuable thing, anyone has in the world of Modeling and Photography, is our WORD. How you treat other peoples time is very important, and can make you or break you in the long run.  Please realize, that I said "learning as I go" meaning,  I was and still am far from perfect, however, punctuality is very important to me, and just about every other photographer on MM.  So if we schedule a shooting, or arrange anything on the grounds of photography, and your ass don't show up, with a no call, no show.  Please do not waste your time calling back, rescheduling, or being successful at anything else in life, because that is the utmost form of unprofessional disrespect you can give to anyone, point blank, period. 




I respect all models, photographer, song writers, dj's, rappers and anybody who decides to put themselves in a field that's competitive and unpromising as the ones I've listed. We are all chasing our dreams.  Establishing strong, positive relations, is key to our success.  I believe in the value of a favor, and that chivalry takes you a long way. I try to make photography as positive, and enjoyable as possible. I just hope that if you would like to work with me, your about the same things.  Cause if your not,  I cant guarantee positive results.
