About Me

I'm a strength and conditioning coach at CrossFit in Santa Cruz, CA. I train elite athletes to get stronger and faster, which they do. I love to run marathons, Olympic lift, and CrossFit...it's my passion. Cooking in the Zone and helping others with their nutrition is also what I do for a living and as a hobby.
