At Flirtatious, we care about our models and we want to make sure that every one is happy and enjoys their experience with us. So we treat every one with the same respect. We are a family and we try to help each other regardless of any situation. This closeness forms such a tight bond between all of our members, that it is the key strength to the success of our business. At this day and time, we all need some one that we can count on in a time of need. So we would like for all of us to be able to support one another whenever it is necessary. Not just in times of needing help or assistance, but also for back up and support in the work of those involved with our family. There's strength in numbers and there's enough light for every one to shine with us.

Unlike other modeling agencies, who charge models to join their company. We provide ways for our models to earn and raise the money needed in order to fund their projects and build their personal portfolios, by holding fund raising events such as promotional parties, car washes, dating auctions etc. And we even allow our models to submit their own fund raising event ideas. This enables them to work hands on in the progress and production of their career, while having a fun time and being able to enjoy the experience of being involved in all of the events and festivities.

We also want our models to be comfortable when working with us, so it is totally up to each individual, as to what attire will be worn during their shoots.

Our Models will also have the choice to decide what types of events they want to be included in.
