I have worked as a designer, photographer, art director and marketing professional for 26 plus years. I photograph primarily in studio and natural light locations and I do a lot of product work and some fashion and advertising. I also do fine art, portfolios, and occasional portraits and events. I enjoy working with models and have an easygoing casual nature.

My style is collaborative, I want your ideas and emotions to come through, not just pretty headshots. I don't shoot nudes but will do lingerie or figure studies when required for commercial work or portfolios when it meets both our goals. I strive for more sophisticated sex appeal derived from the imagination, implied, and mood setting lights and posing.

I'm told by models that I am fun and easy to work with and they trust me to be professional and respectful while encouraging they're best work. Mostly I want everyone involved having fun, making some money where we can, and learn something from each other.

I have been published in Seventeen Magazine a number of trade journals, lots of catalogs, and ecommerce sites but most of my work are in print advertising and catalogs. I have fine art prints hanging in businesses, hotels, homes, and offices across the US and elsewhere. I enjoy travel and location work and as much as possible I'd rather be shooting outside.

I also teach and consult for the graphic arts and advertising industry and have worked with Kodak, Adobe, Apple, Epson, Creo, AGFA and others teaching and speaking on photography workflow, retouching, prepress, production, digital imaging, and desktop publishing.
