I've been on here for a long time and I feel like now I really only get hit up by people I don't know for paid shoots. Which is fine, it's cool to make money. I guess I'm just looking for anyone who wants to create regularly. Whether its photography or video. I'm in the central valley though I don't mind coming out to the bay area or Sacramento. Anyways, if you know of any other places to meet creative people please help me out.

I just looked it up. The Central Valley is 18,000 square miles and is part of 18 counties. It is also known as "The Golden Empire" which is way cooler than Central Valley.

Here in the Portland area, I know several younger photographers who are having good luck finding models for collaboration through Instagram and Fetlife.   But I suspect you need to be in a major urban area to have that kind of success.
