Hello everyone. My name is mashukur rahman. I am a retoucher. i retouch beauty, fashion photograph. I love to retouch skin in a natural way. As a fresher i am facing some hard time to find a retouch work. there have lots of questions going through my mind.

1. how can i earn from retouching for my living?
2. how a photographer find a retoucher when need to retouch his/her project?
3. is there any secure retouching job from where i can get salary per month?
4. how to build a career as a retoucher?

I am finding this answers. if anyone can help to understand the path, its a huge help.
