I would suggest you go back into your portfolio and delete images until you're down to what you think are your top 25 or 30 images. Be very hard on yourself.
On the other hand, I agree with the other photographer... lighten up on your editing. I don't know what you're using , but look into Portrait Professional if you do a lot of heads shots (which you do). It's easy, simple and if you keep a light touch, everything looks natural. (No I don't get a commission).
