What would your reaction be to seeing a person walking down the street. Not being lewd or rude or causing any harm, just peacefully walking and minding his/her own business.

A) enjoy the rare treat, take a photo, smile, laugh, clap, hi-five and move on
B) look quick but keep walking
C) stop in horror, yell at the person to go home
D) call the police
E) physically hold the person down, call the police and wait for their arrival

My choice is A
I know for a while we were all on lockdown because Pandemic, so going outside without a reason was forbidden.
Some people who live alone didnt even see other humans for a while.
I think its ok now to be a Dude in public, just have a mask on and definitely don't hi-five any strangers.

I thought I saw a dude in public, was about to call the dude out on it, but was quickly assured by the dude that the mistake was mine being that the dude did not identify with  - public.

Seriously, dude in public is a dangerous idea to be putting out there no matter how outlandishly fictional and improbable it is in the safety of a make believe world.  But if it becomes too popular a tale there's going to be that one dude who goes and tries something like that in real life.  Who's to blame then?
