Hi there,

I have been manually/hand creating underwater scenes in Photoshop from scratch (i.e. create clouds, then color method) as I've previously haven't found any good plugins or actions to make realistic underwater effects to put people in.

But then again, I haven't looked online in years, perhaps there are some out there now? Can anyone share links to:

1) photoshop actions to put people underwater, make underwater scenes
2) photoshop plugins to put people underwater, make underwater scenes
3) Your favorite online tutorial (youtube)... for doing this?
