A lot of artists appreciate beauty, but don't really understand the process of getting there.  If we could see before and after pics, there would probably be more people who could comment.  'Just a thought.

I would seek out a better photographer .Even if you pay this will get you more business. The better the over all photo the better you will look. Find your team then fine tune it. I think nk this is the best in your  port at this time. https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/070622/07/467bb7a32905a_m.jpg

the worst mainly a bad photo  face is shaded etc etc  https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/070603/04/466275db57ffb_m.jpg

Whoa... A MUA has to show good looking faces.   So pick  good looking models and for sure work with better photographers.   Before and after as one poster suggested is a good idea.   Your avatar is horrible.    The make-up is just bad.   With better photographers and decent models you'll do better.   Start by looking at other MUA work and what they post.   https://www.society19.com/au/best-makeu … n-youtube/   In general you need to make sure to focus on models faces and have even lighting.   When photographers give you photos make sure these two things are there.   If possible try and find photographers who do studio work with a ring light or beauty dish.

I'm not saying every photo you show has to have even lighting by the way.

Basing this review on what I would like to see if I hired you to edit my photos.

Voids in hair, would like to see filled in, toward back of head. Some fly away hair back of head top of head. Cheek looks to dark compared to models upper chest area.

Face seems too red.

If you could tone down the highlight areas

Agree with others would be useful to see a before and after photo.

I wish you well.
