Hello there,
I start to learn retouching 3 months ago. seems like my photoshoping spirit is comeback again after i graduate from my college
So I try to learn from a "scratch" since then.
I need critique and some guidance for my portfolio. i want to improve and reach professional looks
Here, i give you an example of my work what i've done before.
Tell yours Critique and comment below. Let me know your thought.
What i need to learn to improve better ?
Thank you very much

It doesn't look that bad, however, I would take out the flyaways in the hair and clean up the hairline mainly because that hairstyle the model has in that photo is supposed to be portrayed as a "clean hairstyle. If she had an afro, loose braids, or just overall messy hair then you would be able to get away with leaving flyaways. The easiest way to do that is by using the clone stamp/spot healing tool.
