I like it as a good, straightforward retouch.

but, I think you've gone too far with the contrast, it's loosing background separation,
eye color is unnaturally dark ect. The retouching part is good though.

Also, be careful with the details in the shade, you can lose information.

I would bring back some High Frequency into the flesh and tone down the contrast just a tad, the clean up and retouching so far is really good. The white point on the skin is just a bit too hot for my taste and I'm losing a lot of that detail. I think I read a comment about some noise/emboss that's not a bad option, blur slightly and it'll bring back a nice little even texture across the board. Keep rockin it!!!
