I am styling an editorial shoot for this July and planning to give it an early autumn feel with maybe even a few crochet body suits thrown in.  It will be primarily casual and shot on the beach and rocky piers.  Does it depend on the magazine in terms of pulling seasonally from designers, or is it safe to get early pulls of aw16 so that when it is publishes in September it will be current?

What about lines that just have a yearly collection?

Thanks for your help!

When it doubt consult whoever you're doing the shoot for. This may be as simple as checking submission guidelines e.g. some magazines have clear themes that they're featuring, but it may be as involved as making a few calls or sending a few emails, the latter of which isn't recommended if this is an unsolicited submission. Additionally speak to your team, because you all need to be on the same page.
