My biggest suggestion would be to work on improving your post work skills, or consider outsourcing that part of the workflow to a skilled retoucher.  A lot of it looks gimmicky and dated.

They all look like there were free filters/actions applied to them:

My biggest suggestion would be to add a couple photos, maybe 2 or 3 that show a little more range as far as emotion goes.  Most of your photos fall into one of three categories: staring blankly off into space, staring blankly at the camera, and photos with your face obscured/hidden from view.

Maybe it's an art thing (I don't really keep up with the genre to be honest), and you're not supposed to show more range, maybe they want a neutral expression...I dunno.  But my personal preference would be to see at least a couple examples that would show some emotion.

I'd love to hear your thoughts..

There's some interesting concepts, which have lead to some pretty good photos in my opinion.  You're being creative, without falling into the same slump that some others do (which leads to cliche if you're not careful).  Yeah, some are getting there, but that's all part of working the bugs out.

My one tip for you as you keep working through this and try to get a defined style would be this: a lot of your portfolio starts to bleed together after a while, since you use so many photos from the same shoot, and because you've shot similar things so many times.  I'd start paring down images from shoots to just the best one or two per look.  The way it's organized now it all started to blur about 2/3 of the way down looking at your pics.

I thought these were cool btw:

and I like the exploration of a different angle here instead of the eye-level, straight on angle you typically use

PS your work is amazing smile

Thanks for the compliment smile

I really like your beauty work, especially the use of color.  The easy advice would be to encourage you to do more conceptual beauty stuff (and technically I think you should), but I'd like to see more fully styled stuff with a wardrobe stylist.  I think your beauty work is much stronger than your editorial stuff, so I'd like to see you get the latter up on par with the former.  I don't want to give you too much advice, as my personal preferences might conflict with your artistic vision...but I just think you should shoot more, and of that I'd like to see a good portion of it be styled stories.

Mmm, that's something I hadn't thought of before, so thanks smile I guess it is an art thing indeed, but it wouldn't hurt to show some variety.

They're all just quick edits (mostly done in Aperture), I seldom (if ever) do any final post on photos  .  .  .  I leave that to the final users  .  .  .  plus,I like playin' with all the buttons  .  .  .  thanks for the look, how's the website comin'  .  .  .  wink

That being said, my biggest issue with your work so far is the cropping on some.  I'm all for breaking the rules and all, but a couple of your photos have gone a little further than that:
