in one word, and no offense: Its amateur.

there are lots of  mistakes that are highly noticeable.

Lines, blending, color etc.

Her arm is almost not even there!

I like the idea but what I notice right off the bat is the difference in white balance between the two images. They should both look like they are in the same environment with the same kind of light in order for it to look real. Try shooting them both in the same environment.

Some parts of some glows are darker than the non-glowing objects they cover.

its a cute idea
and I like the glow/sparkle
but I agree with natalie
it is quite blotchy, the edge blending of the arms and the bg is quite bad, and general retouching.
nice concept though, and like I said, I like the little fairy smile in her hand
