I'm thinking about starting my own agency- I do photography and modeling- and I know a lot of people who are gorgeous and would be interested for the look I need- I just need more exposure and advice- let me know- updated profile

Advertise, host an event (group shoot, perhaps) and position yourself in such a way to generate interest by word-of-mouth.  Above all else, maintain a solid, business-oriented reputation.  Don't promise what you can't deliver - and deliver what you promise.

Check the laws in your state first, some have registration requirements.  Usually simple, and intended to distinguish the real players from the scams and wannabes and to protect the talent.
