I would really like to hear any comments you all may have on my slow growing portfolio.  I have thick skin so feel free to be critical if it warrants. Any + comments would be nice too.

Well I really like your avitar but the thing in the left bottom corner is a bit distracting. If she moved over a bit to the right and the focus was moved a bit over to the right it would be better so its not covering her shoe. But overall it looks good.
