Stephen...a little suggestion about posing.

I notice in your self portrait and Dainelle's shot that you both seem to be facing into the sun. This makes people squint and look uncomfortable.

Try shooting under some shade or with the person's face turned away from the sun (so it's 45 degrees behind you).
