My primary artistic career is as a painter. However, I am interested in modeling for two reasons. First, I like to see the images or other work product which results from my modeling. These works often show me something about myself that I didn't see without the artist's vision. Second, working as a model helps me to better understand how I, as a painter who occasionally works with models, can do a better job of working with the models who pose for me.
