Friends (39)About Me
My goal is to encourage others about what they can accomplish through fitness and working out, since that's what I do on a daily basis. I'm in the process of starting a video workout series on youtube and am interested in modeling for fitness, sports wear, bikini, and so on. My main goal is to inspire women who are stronger than most or have more muscle than the typical girl to not be afraid to show off what they worked hard for just because it goes against social norms and societal standards.
“Hustle hard in silence, let success be your noise.” This is a quote I’ve lived by, and instead of just being another fitness guru, my aim is to encourage others to develop the ethical discipline, not just to workout, but help in all other facets of life. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, financial struggles, we all deal with our own problems daily, however, the mental strength you gain through fitness and workouts can be transferred to other areas in life. The problem remains that not everyone talks about these daily struggles nor seeks a way to improve their mental mindset. We have a tendency to look at our problems as the ocean and everyone else’s as mere puddles. The fact is though that on some level everyone can relate to you, everyone has burdens, demons in their closet, past mistakes that keep them up at night. My goal is to encourage you just as much as I have to encourage myself every day to keep going and remember that everything in this life is only temporary. If I quit the moment I felt weak I wouldn’t have the strength I’ve developed today. Your strongest moments prevail through your weakest hour. Accept the challenges, overcome them, and above all else, never surrender.
