Hi there MM!

I'm a young, female, amateur photographer who is driven by nothing but my passion to capture a great moment and make beautiful images! Photography is a passion and a hobby for me. I just want to have FUN and hopefully get some cool images!

Like quite a few female photographers, I started out on the other side of the lens, and now am picking up photography. I think this gives me an extra edge because I thoroughly understand modeling, posing, etc.

Thus far, I have not had the luxury of shooting any true "models" so my port is extremely weak, and there are many things I know I'll need to work on.
My shooting style is not simply clicking the shutter as many times as I can and hoping something useful comes from it. I like to figure out my lighting and background, adjust some settings, and make sure the image will be worthwhile.

I'm hoping to meet some fun models on here that are willing to have some patience in working with me so I can figure out the photography side of the camera... and hopefully get you a few good shots also!

Currently shooting out of my house just outside of Hamilton - since photography is a hobby and not a job, I don't have a fancy studio
Since I have a little guy here (8 months old) shooting here is easiest so I don't have to leave him with a sitter all the time (he naps all afternoon).

[Shooting with DSLR - I wish I had a nice film camera to shoot with, but DSLR seems to be the way to go these days...]
